COMPETITION INFO:

A fun and friendly open competition which is suitable for gymnasts aged 5+ years who train between 2 - 8 hours per week. 4 pieces are compulsory for Virtue members. Other clubs Floor and vault entry is compulsory, bars and beam entries are optional.

HOW TO ENTER:

Virtue gymnasts will be entered automatically. 

Other clubs: Attached below is our entry form. Please download the entry form, complete, then email entry to kara@virtuemovement.co.uk Once received we will send you an invoice which is payable on receipt via card payment only (bank transfers are not accepted). 

Please email music to celine@virtuemovement.co.uk each music file must be saved as your gymnasts full name.

Entry form and music deadline: March 1st 2026

Entry fees are priced as shown on the entry form.

Entries will be capped so please enter early to avoid disappointment. All clubs must provide a minimum of one level 2 coach. 

All clubs must provide at least one judge. In addition, for every additional 15 gymnasts entered, the club must supply one extra judge.

For example:\n- If a club enters 1 to 15 gymnasts, they must provide 1 judge.\n- If a club enters 16 to 30 gymnasts, they must provide 2 judges.\n- If a club enters 31 to 45 gymnasts, they must provide 3 judges, and so on.

Failure to provide the required number of judges will result in a charge of £50.00 for each missing judge.

All entry fees are due on demand and are non-refundable. Entry fees are payable in advance. Entry will not be complete until full payment is made.

Confirmed round timings will be emailed 2 weeks prior to the competition date.

Gymnasts will be judged according to the Classic challenge rules.

SPECTATOR TICKETS:

Please note there will be no spectator tickets available on the door. Please purchase your spectator tickets in advance. All spectator tickets are sold on first come first served basis and are non refundable unless the event is cancelled. 

All children under 3 can watch free of charge, but they will have to sit on their parent/carers lap. Close supervision of young children will be required.

Competing gymnasts will not need spectator tickets.

ADDITIONAL INFO

All gymnasts will receive a participation certificate. We will also be awarding medals and ribbons in each category for the top 6 routines.

Please bring small change as there will be refreshments available and a scratch card raffle.
