CAN MY CHILD HAVE A TRIAL SESSION?

Due to the demand of our classes we request full payment at the time of signing up, therefore the child will not have the option of a trial session beforehand. We do however offer a 48 hour period of reflection. If after your child’s first session you decided it is not for you please send us an email within 48 hours of your child’s first session to let us know. We will then refund you the remainder of the months class fees, you won’t however be refunded for the class you attended or the Virtue membership fee.


HOW LONG WILL I BE ON THE CONTACT LIST FOR?

Spaces only become available when a current member either changes class (day or time) or decides to leave the club. There is no way of us being able to put a time scale on how long your child could be on our contact list for. As soon as a suitable space becomes available we will be in contact via email or phone.


CAN I PAY BY CHEQUE OR CASH?

We do not accept cash or cheques. Members fees are only payable via direct debit. However your first months fees will be issued via invoice and payable by card only. PAYG classes/events are payable by card payment only. All fees are payable in advance and due in full on demand.


I HAVE RECEIVED AN INVOICE BUT I CANNOT MAKE PAYMENT ON TIME – CAN I PAY AT A LATER DATE?

If you are a new member payment is issued via invoice and due on demand. Failure to pay by the due date stated on the invoice will result in losing the space offered. Failure to pay by the due date means your space will be allocated to someone on our waiting list.


I AM DUE TO PAY A DIRECT DEBIT BUT I CANNOT MAKE PAYMENT ON TIME – CAN I PAY AT A LATER DATE?

Any failed direct debits will be re issued within 3 days however you will incur a late fee charge of £5 issued by invoice and payable by credit or debit card.


IF MY CHILD MISSES A CLASS, CAN I SCHEDULE A MAKE-UP CLASS OR GET A REFUND?

As we are open for 46 weeks of the year, to accommodate any missed sessions we offer all general members the chance to attend 2 make up classes a year under certain circumstances. Parents can book these via their parent portal app.


WHAT HAPPENS IF A CLASS IS CANCELLED?

We will inform you if a class is cancelled and will endeavour to put on a club make up class. If you are unable to attend a ‘ club make-up class’ a refund will not be applicable. If there are circumstances that are out of our control (such as a venue cancelling due to bad weather, a power cut etc) no refund or make-up class will take effect.


WHAT IS THE PICK UP/DROP OFF POLICY FOR MY CHILD?

All gymnasts should be delivered to and collected from within the gym entrance area children will not be allowed to leave the premises unattended, unless you have given walking home consent on your registration form.


WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM RUNNING LATE FOR DROP OFF OR PICK UP?

If your child is more than 10 minutes late for the start of their session they will not be able to attend. If you are late for pick up a phone call should be made directly to the club on 07715306363. A late fee of £5 will incur if a parent is more than 5 minutes late for pick up this will increase incrementally after 15 minutes.


IF I ENROL MORE THAN ONE CHILD, DO I GET A DISCOUNT?

Yes, we offer a discount on the Virtue annual membership fee, £15 for 1st child, then 10% off the second, 15% off the third and 20% off the forth. We do not offer sibling discount on session fees.


WHAT IS THE AWARD SCHEME THE CHILDREN ARE FOLLOWING?

All our general gymnastics, freestyle classes and preschool gymnastics follow the Virtue award scheme. Members are tested on these through out the year. All gymnasts will receive a certificate at the end of every term free of charge. Free runners will receive a wrist band.


HOW DO I SIGN UP?

If you complete the online “join the family” form, which can be found on our website, you will automatically be placed onto our contact list and someone will be in contact once a suitable space becomes available.

CAN I SUSPEND MEMBERSHIP?

You cannot suspend your membership but you can cancel your membership at any time by giving us written notice as per policies.


WHAT DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO WEAR?

Due to health and safety regulations within the school, Virtue branded uniform is compulsory for all members, and should be purchased directly from our office before joining. Gymnasts should wear a Virtue leotard and free runners should wear a Virtue T shirt. Please note adult classes, PAYG classes and preschool classes do not require a uniform however participants have to wear suitable attire.
