Upon Joining | Class Fees Are Issued Via Invoice For Your First Month Upon Joining And Are Payable By Card Only, Details Will Appear On Your Invoice Which Will Be Emailed To You.
After Your First Month | Fees Are Then Charged By Direct Debit On A Pro Rata Basis. Direct Debits Are Payable On The First Of Every Month To Secure Your Child’s Place. Any Failed Direct Debits Will Incur A Late Fee Charge Payable By Invoice.
VIRTUE CLUB ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
Virtue annual membership is required for gymnasts who attend all our structured classes this is charged at:
£16.00 per member
This annual charge will be issued upon joining and every January thereafter. The membership fee will be issued via invoice which is payable by card payment only. Sibling discount will be applied to Virtue annual membership every January – second child 10%, third child 15%, fourth child 20%.
BG MEMBERSHIP + INSURANCE
Insurance is required for all our members.
This will be an annual charge direct with British Gymnastics (BG) upon joining and every year thereafter.
Members will be required to complete and pay for BG membership online directly with BG. There will be an email issued explaining the process when required or click here to enrol/renew BG membership.
CANCELLATION PERIOD
You Can Cancel Your Child’s Virtue Membership At Any Time By Written Notice By Email Direct To The Office. We Advise Giving A Minimum Of 4 Weeks’ Written Notice. Any Outstanding Fees Must Be Paid Before Your Cancellation Is Accepted, The Office Will Cancel Your Direct Debit At Their Earliest Convenience.
Please Note Direct Debit Payments Are Automatically Debited And Once Pending We Are Unable To Cancel. We will endeavour to cancel your space ASAP however if your next direct debit is currently pending we will be unable to stop payment so your membership will roll over into the next calendar month.
As each DD payment covers a full calendar month – customers are only entitled to continue the sessions up to and including the final day of your last DD payment calendar month. No fees will be refunded for the cancellation period.
REFUNDS
Virtue will only offer refunds if fees have been overpaid. Due to the demand of our classes we request full payment at the time of signing up and every month thereafter, therefore your child will not have the option of a trial session beforehand.
Instead of a trial session we do however offer a 48 hour period of reflection. If after your child’s first session you decided it is not for you please send us an email within 48 hours of your child’s first session to let us know. We will then refund you the remainder of the months class fees, you won’t however be refunded for the class you attended or the Virtue membership fee.
