Virtue production Vol. 3
Join us for an immersive experience this December to showcase the talents of each and every single member of our Virtue family! All children are expected to perform in their designated show(s). The show will last approximately 1 hour.

*CHILDREN NEED TO ARRIVE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF THEIR SHOW. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CHILD ARRIVES ON TIME WITH THE CORRECT ATTIRE. CLUB UNIFORM IS AVAILABLE FROM THE OFFICE PLEASE PURCHASE IN GOOD TIME.
SPECTATOR TICKETS
Spectator tickets will only be available to purchase online prior to the event, there will be no spectator tickets available on the door. All tickets are sold on first come first served basis and are non refundable unless the event is cancelled.
We will sell out so please purchase spectator tickets early to avoid disappointment. Tickets are available on a first come first served basis.

Following an event risk assessment due to health, safety and welfare reasons the show is not suitable for children under 4 years old to spectate, this includes babies. If spectators attend with children aged under 4/babies they will be refused entry.
Any children aged 4+ who will be spectating will require a spectator ticket.
The show may potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Spectator discretion is advised.
Performing members will not need spectator tickets for their show. If they wish to attend a different show to spectate they will require a ticket.
Spectator tickets are priced at £15 each.
Tickets are currently limited to 2 tickets per performing child.
Tickets go on sale on: Tuesday 1st October 2024 to Virtue members and are limited to 2 tickets per child. Tickets will go on general sale on November 1st. From that date please do invite all of your friends and family. We would love to have a full audience for our students for all shows.
Tickets are limited to 200 per show and are on a first come first served basis. Tickets are not reserved until payment has been made. Payment can only be made online and are non refundable and non exchangeable. There will be no tickets available on the day. We do not issue physical tickets for the production. Instead all tickets will be emailed direct to the email address you purchase them with.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO POLICY
Virtue recognises that whilst we have a duty to ensure the welfare and protection of all participants, many of these participants as well as parents, coaches and others may want to record this event with the use of photography or videography.
On this occasion it is not our intention to prohibit this activity, but to provide policy and guidance to ensure the continued safety of all our members.
The photography of our production should always be done in a way which safeguards gymnasts, respects rights to privacy, complies with the relevant Data Protection legislation, and serves to present the sport positively.
Therefore this year we will allow photographs and videos to be taken. There will be a strict no flash rule and any photography or videography which includes children other than yours should only be used for personal use. ‘Personal Use’ defines images/videos taken by individuals at the event which are not to be shared or published.
