Join us for an immersive experience this December to showcase the talents of each and every single member of our Virtue family! All children are expected to perform in their designated show(s). The show will last approximately 1 hour.

RISK ASSESSMENT:
Following an event risk assessment due to health, safety and welfare reasons the show is not suitable for children under 4 years old to spectate, this includes babies. If spectators attend with children aged under 4 and or babies they will be refused entry. Any children aged 4+ years who will be spectating will require a spectator ticket. The show may potentially trigger seizures for people with photosensitive epilepsy. Spectator discretion is advised. We do have uneven floors in the gym area which is where spectators will be seated so please be mindful of your step at all times.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO POLICY:
This year we will allow photographs and videos to be taken. There will be a strict no flash rule and any photography or videography which includes children other than yours should only be used for personal use. ‘Personal Use’ defines images/videos taken by individuals at the event which are not to be shared or published. Virtue recognises that whilst we have a duty to ensure the welfare and protection of all participants, many of these participants as well as parents, coaches and others may want to record this event with the use of photography or videography. On this occasion it is not our intention to prohibit this activity, but to provide policy and guidance to ensure the continued safety of all our members. The photography of our production should always be done in a way which safeguards gymnasts, respects rights to privacy, complies with the relevant Data Protection legislation, and serves to present the sport positively.

TICKET INFO:
Spectator tickets will only be available to purchase online prior to the event, there will be no spectator tickets available on the door. All tickets are sold on first come first served basis and are non transferable and non refundable unless the event is cancelled. We will sell out so please purchase spectator tickets early to avoid disappointment. Please note performing members will not need spectator tickets for their show. If they wish to attend a different show to spectate they will require a ticket. If your child is a member of Virtue and would like to attend a show featuring their sibling who is also a member of Virtue, please contact the office directly via email, and we will arrange a concessionary ticket for them. office@virtuemovement.co.uk
SPECTATOR TICKETS
Spectator tickets are priced at £16 - £52 depending on package selected.
Please do invite all of your friends and family. We would love to have a full audience for our students for all shows. Tickets are limited to 200 per show and are on a first come first served basis. Tickets are not reserved until payment has been made. Payment can only be made online and are non refundable and non exchangeable. There will be no tickets available on the day. We do not issue physical tickets for the production. Instead all tickets will be emailed direct to the email address you purchase them with. Please have your QR code ready when you arrive.
